For a long, long time (especially over the last few years) people have told me I needed to write a book. From my point of view there were various problems with that whole idea. Foremost among those problems was the fact that, while I generally breezed through English classes in high school and college (getting mostly A’s), I was nothing on the order of a professional writer. I’d taken journalism in high school and one journalism class in college. Therefore I’d had a few articles published over the years in some school newspapers.
